Zeekr Unveils Innovations at Consumer Electronics Show

Zeekr showcased its latest innovative solutions at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). During a press conference, the company emphasized its commitment to constantly updating products through co-creation with customers and partners, highlighting recent collaborations.

Additionally, the company shared its vision for the future, focusing on autonomous mobility and underscoring the significance of hardware and software engineering to ensure safe and comfortable autonomous travel.

As part of its commitment to autonomous driving, Zeekr introduced its new smart autonomous driving controller, developed in-house and manufactured as original equipment.

Technology details

This cutting-edge system integrates the NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Thor SoC, a next-generation centralized automotive computer that combines advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) with an AI-powered cabin within a secure and protected ecosystem. The system operates on DriveOS and has safety certification.

The smart controller, which will enter mass production with NVIDIA’s computational acceleration, will debut in a new Zeekr model in 2025. This vehicle will handle multiple intelligent driving scenarios and autonomous parking functions

In addition, Zeekr announced the expansion of its collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies Inc. to deliver an immersive infotainment experience to customers worldwide.

Using Qualcomm’s newer, more powerful system-on-chip (SoC), Zeekr models will provide a more comprehensive and intelligent cabin experience with high efficiency.

The Zeekr RT, currently undergoing road tests, will become the first mass-produced vehicle for autonomous mobility. Zeekr plans to deliver these vehicles to Waymo for continued testing, aiming for a future public launch of the robotaxi.
