Em dezembro de 2025, o <strong>M\u00e9xico exportou 227.262 ve\u00edculos leves<\/strong>, o que implicou uma queda anual de <strong>14,55%<\/strong>, ou seja, <strong>38.692 unidades<\/strong> a menos que no mesmo m\u00eas do ano anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta diminui\u00e7\u00e3o esteve associada a <strong>uma menor demanda no mercado norte-americano<\/strong> e \u00e0 reconfigura\u00e7\u00e3o dos estoques por parte das montadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No acumulado anual, as exporta\u00e7\u00f5es totalizaram <strong>3.385.785 unidades<\/strong>, uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>2,68%<\/strong> em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2024, equivalente a <strong>93.301 ve\u00edculos<\/strong> a menos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com isso, interrompeu-se uma sequ\u00eancia de tr\u00eas anos consecutivos de crescimento nas remessas para o exterior ap\u00f3s a crise sanit\u00e1ria da COVID-19, <strong>refletindo um ambiente internacional mais complexo para o setor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante 2025, o governo americano manteve <strong>uma tarifa de 25% sobre a importa\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos leves<\/strong>, bem como uma taxa do mesmo n\u00edvel para autope\u00e7as que n\u00e3o cumprem as regras de origem estabelecidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A isso se somaram <strong>tarifas de at\u00e9 50% sobre as exporta\u00e7\u00f5es de a\u00e7o, alum\u00ednio e cobre<\/strong>, insumos estrat\u00e9gicos para a ind\u00fastria automotiva. Essas medidas encareceram os ve\u00edculos e componentes fabricados no M\u00e9xico, reduzindo sua competitividade no principal mercado de destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como consequ\u00eancia, <strong>v\u00e1rias montadoras ajustaram seus volumes de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, afetando diretamente as f\u00e1bricas instaladas no pa\u00eds, cujo modelo de neg\u00f3cios depende em grande parte da demanda externa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"963\" height=\"718\" src=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Mexico-120126-b.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00e9xico\" class=\"wp-image-56699\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Mexico-120126-b.jpg 963w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Mexico-120126-b-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Mexico-120126-b-768x573.jpg 768w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Mexico-120126-b-600x447.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 963px) 100vw, 963px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eua-concentram-8-em-cada-10-veiculos-exportados\">EUA concentram 8 em cada 10 ve\u00edculos exportados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar do ambiente adverso, os <strong>Estados Unidos continuaram sendo o principal destino<\/strong> dos ve\u00edculos produzidos no <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante 2025, foram enviadas <strong>2.653.897 unidades <\/strong>para o mercado norte-americano, o que representou <strong>78,4% do total exportado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>Canad\u00e1 <\/strong>ocupou o segundo lugar com <strong>376.251 ve\u00edculos<\/strong>, equivalente a <strong>11,1%<\/strong>, enquanto a <strong>Alemanha <\/strong>ficou em terceiro lugar com <strong>104.334 unidades<\/strong>, que representaram <strong>3,1% do total<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa alta concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de exporta\u00e7\u00f5es para a Am\u00e9rica do Norte confirmou <strong>a depend\u00eancia estrutural do setor automotivo mexicano em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos Estados Unidos<\/strong> e explicou por que qualquer mudan\u00e7a tarif\u00e1ria ou regulat\u00f3ria tem um impacto imediato nos n\u00edveis de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mercado-interno-mantem-crescimento-moderado\">Mercado interno mant\u00e9m crescimento moderado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em contraste com a fraqueza das exporta\u00e7\u00f5es, o mercado interno mostrou maior resili\u00eancia. As vendas de ve\u00edculos leves no <strong>M\u00e9xico <\/strong>atingiram <strong>1.524.583 unidades<\/strong> entre janeiro e dezembro de 2025, o que representou <strong>um crescimento anual de 1,3%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somente em dezembro, foram comercializadas <strong>154.395 unidades<\/strong>, com a <strong>Nissan <\/strong>e a <strong>General Motors<\/strong> como l\u00edderes de mercado, apoiadas em uma oferta diversificada e em estrat\u00e9gias de financiamento que sustentaram a demanda dos consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O impacto do ambiente comercial n\u00e3o foi homog\u00eaneo entre as montadoras. Em termos de exporta\u00e7\u00f5es, as maiores quedas anuais em 2025 foram registradas pela<strong> Mazda<\/strong>, com um recuo de <strong>37,6%<\/strong>; <strong>Honda<\/strong>, com <strong>20,5%<\/strong>; e <strong>Volkswagen<\/strong>, com <strong>16,2%<\/strong>, refletindo ajustes em suas estrat\u00e9gias de envio e uma menor demanda por alguns modelos importantes no mercado norte-americano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em termos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a <strong>Honda<\/strong> apresentou uma contra\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>18,4%<\/strong>, a <strong>Mazda <\/strong>de <strong>16,6%<\/strong> e a <strong>Volkswagen <\/strong>de <strong>12,2%<\/strong>, em linha com o menor dinamismo das exporta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em contrapartida, algumas montadoras conseguiram aumentar seu volume de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. A <strong>Toyota <\/strong>se destacou com <strong>um crescimento de 26,6% na produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, impulsionado pela montagem de <strong>310.152 unidades<\/strong> em 2025, seguida pela <strong>Ford <\/strong>com um avan\u00e7o de <strong>7,9%<\/strong> e pela <strong>KIA <\/strong>com um aumento de <strong>6,4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar da queda geral do setor, a <strong>General Motors manteve-se como a montadora l\u00edder no M\u00e9xico<\/strong>. Durante 2025, produziu <strong>857.431 ve\u00edculos<\/strong>, embora esse n\u00famero tenha representado uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o anual de <strong>3,6%<\/strong>.
