O novo hub automotivo ser\u00e1 dedicado a programas de montagem just-in-time<\/strong>, sequenciamento de materiais<\/strong> e submontagem modular (MSS)<\/strong>, adaptando-se \u00e0s plataformas veiculares em evolu\u00e7\u00e3o e aos requisitos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do setor automotivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A planta de Monterrey foi projetada para atender \u00e0 variabilidade da demanda<\/strong>, mantendo efici\u00eancia e flexibilidade nos processos de manufatura e log\u00edstica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n encerrou 2025 como l\u00edder em investimento automotivo no M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, totalizando US$1,4 bilh\u00e3o<\/strong>, o maior valor do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre os projetos de destaque no quarto trimestre est\u00e3o os parques industriais desenvolvidos pela FINSA<\/strong> em Apodaca e Garc\u00eda, com mais de US$600 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>, e a expans\u00e3o da Hyundai Mobis<\/strong> em Pesquer\u00eda, com investimento de US$28,6 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No n\u00edvel nacional, o M\u00e9xico registrou 204 projetos de investimento automotivo<\/strong>, totalizando US$9,2 bilh\u00f5es<\/strong> em 2025, vindos de 20 pa\u00edses, com capital concentrado principalmente em manufatura de autope\u00e7as e infraestrutura industrial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analistas do setor destacam que o M\u00e9xico mant\u00e9m sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o como plataforma estrat\u00e9gica para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o automotiva na Am\u00e9rica do Norte<\/strong>, com projetos que priorizam especializa\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, investimento seletivo<\/strong> e prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para a pr\u00f3xima fase de investimentos, especialmente em eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o, manufatura avan\u00e7ada<\/strong> e localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da cadeia de suprimentos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
