A empresa opera atualmente&nbsp;<strong>750 cavalos-mec\u00e2nicos<\/strong>&nbsp;em todo o pa\u00eds e, desde 2022, vem impulsionando a eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o de sua frota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um marco importante foi o desenvolvimento da&nbsp;<strong>maior frota da Am\u00e9rica do Sul com 50 unidades el\u00e9tricas<\/strong>&nbsp;operando para o&nbsp;<strong>Walmart<\/strong>&nbsp;em Santiago, conectando Valpara\u00edso e regi\u00f5es vizinhas.&nbsp;<strong>A meta da Sotraser \u00e9 ter 20% da frota 100% el\u00e9trica at\u00e9 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por sua vez,&nbsp;<strong>Gustavo Hunter<\/strong>&nbsp;explicou que a&nbsp;<strong>ANAC AG<\/strong>&nbsp;re\u00fane os principais importadores e marcas de ve\u00edculos, caminh\u00f5es e \u00f4nibus no Chile, al\u00e9m de operadores de pontos de recarga como&nbsp;<strong>Cope<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Voltex<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>NLX<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>Huawei<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A associa\u00e7\u00e3o publica mensalmente um relat\u00f3rio de vendas de eletromobilidade e trabalha em uma estrat\u00e9gia de mobilidade sustent\u00e1vel que engloba seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria, economia circular (Lei REP) e prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para mobilidade aut\u00f4noma e conectada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hunter destacou um feito expressivo: o Chile \u00e9 o segundo pa\u00eds do mundo com mais \u00f4nibus el\u00e9tricos<\/strong>, atr\u00e1s apenas da&nbsp;<strong>China<\/strong>. No entanto, ele alertou que outros setores do transporte, como o de carga,&nbsp;<strong>t\u00eam sido deixados de lado pelas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>&nbsp;concordou e colocou o foco em uma&nbsp;<strong>barreira regulat\u00f3ria cr\u00edtica<\/strong>: o&nbsp;<strong>Decreto 151 de 1980<\/strong>, que define os pesos brutos dos ve\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>As baterias dos caminh\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos adicionam de 2 a 3 toneladas extras<\/strong>, o que reduz a produtividade no transporte de carga.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cA tecnologia avan\u00e7a forte, mas a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o ficou para tr\u00e1s\u201d<\/strong>, destacou&nbsp;<strong>Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>, embora tenha reconhecido a boa vontade do governo em mudar essa legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"569\" src=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Webinar-210526-c-1024x569.jpg\" alt=\"Chile\" class=\"wp-image-65902\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Webinar-210526-c-1024x569.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Webinar-210526-c-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Webinar-210526-c-768x427.jpg 768w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Webinar-210526-c-600x333.jpg 600w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Webinar-210526-c.jpg 1290w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tarifas-licenciamento-e-nova-estrategia-nacional\"><strong>Tarifas, licenciamento e nova estrat\u00e9gia nacional<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gustavo Hunter<\/strong>&nbsp;enfatizou que a eletromobilidade no Chile tem um sentido estrat\u00e9gico por causa da matriz energ\u00e9tica do pa\u00eds:&nbsp;<strong>cerca de 60% da eletricidade vem de fontes renov\u00e1veis<\/strong>, e o Chile \u00e9 produtor de cobre e l\u00edtio \u2013 minerais essenciais para baterias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m disso, o setor de transportes responde por&nbsp;<strong>entre 22% e 25% das emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082<\/strong>&nbsp;e consome&nbsp;<strong>99% dos combust\u00edveis f\u00f3sseis importados<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cA eletromobilidade \u00e9 uma oportunidade para sermos mais independentes em energia\u201d<\/strong>, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre os desafios regulat\u00f3rios pendentes,&nbsp;<strong>Hunter<\/strong>&nbsp;mencionou a necessidade de&nbsp;<strong>estender o benef\u00edcio do licenciamento (a permiss\u00e3o de circula\u00e7\u00e3o) para ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 que atualmente est\u00e1 prestes a vencer \u2013 e, principalmente,&nbsp;<strong>redesenhar a tarifa de eletricidade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A estrutura tarif\u00e1ria atual penaliza quem consome alta pot\u00eancia, mesmo que esporadicamente,&nbsp;<strong>inviabilizando o neg\u00f3cio da infraestrutura de recarga de alta pot\u00eancia nas rodovias<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cSe avan\u00e7armos para uma regula\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica que considere esses novos usos, poderemos progredir na eletromobilidade\u201d<\/strong>, defendeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambos os participantes comemoraram o fato de o governo chileno estar trabalhando em uma&nbsp;<strong>nova Estrat\u00e9gia Nacional de Eletromobilidade<\/strong>, que ser\u00e1 lan\u00e7ada em breve e na qual a&nbsp;<strong>ANAC AG<\/strong>&nbsp;tem participado ativamente.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAs novas autoridades est\u00e3o a favor de promover mudan\u00e7as\u201d<\/strong>, acrescentou&nbsp;<strong>Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-modelos-de-sucesso-charging-as-a-service-ultima-milha-e-segunda-vida-das-baterias\"><strong>Modelos de sucesso: Charging as a Service, \u00faltima milha e segunda vida das baterias<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pedro Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>&nbsp;compartilhou os modelos de neg\u00f3cio que a&nbsp;<strong>Sotraser<\/strong>&nbsp;implementou com sucesso. O mais relevante \u00e9 o&nbsp;<strong>Charging as a Service (Recarga como Servi\u00e7o)<\/strong>&nbsp;, que permite ao usu\u00e1rio pagar apenas pelo quilowatt consumido,&nbsp;<strong>sem arcar com o alto CAPEX da infraestrutura<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 transformando investimento em despesa operacional (OPEX).&nbsp;<strong>\u201cQuanto mais o caminh\u00e3o trabalhar, mais f\u00e1cil fica cobrir os custos adicionais da tecnologia\u201d<\/strong>, explicou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m disso, a&nbsp;<strong>Sotraser<\/strong>&nbsp;est\u00e1 desenvolvendo um&nbsp;<strong>ciclo virtuoso da eletromobilidade<\/strong>&nbsp;junto com uma startup:&nbsp;<strong>reformar baterias de ve\u00edculos usados para transform\u00e1-las em sistemas de armazenamento estacion\u00e1rio com pain\u00e9is fotovoltaicos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cUm ve\u00edculo chegar ao fim da vida \u00fatil n\u00e3o significa que a bateria n\u00e3o presta \u2013 ela s\u00f3 n\u00e3o tem mais a mesma autonomia. Podemos us\u00e1-la para armazenar energia.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gustavo Hunter<\/strong>&nbsp;acrescentou que, no Chile, o segmento de&nbsp;<strong>\u00faltima milha<\/strong>&nbsp;tem funcionado muito bem como modelo de neg\u00f3cio. Os operadores constroem seus pr\u00f3prios eletroterminais, recarregam os ve\u00edculos nos hor\u00e1rios de tarifa reduzida e fazem entregas urbanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O transporte p\u00fablico tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um caso de sucesso: cidades como&nbsp;<strong>Copiap\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;j\u00e1 t\u00eam frotas 100% el\u00e9tricas, e em Santiago a expectativa \u00e9 que&nbsp;<strong>60% dos \u00f4nibus sejam el\u00e9tricos ainda este ano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hunter<\/strong>&nbsp;destacou o impacto no setor de t\u00e1xis:&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAntes, um taxista pagava 200 d\u00f3lares por dia em combust\u00edvel; hoje, com a eletromobilidade, paga entre 40 e 50 d\u00f3lares \u2013 quase um quinto.\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;Ele tamb\u00e9m mencionou que as mineradoras est\u00e3o testando caminh\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos que, nas rotas de descida da mina at\u00e9 o porto,&nbsp;<strong>recuperam at\u00e9 80% da bateria com a frenagem regenerativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"571\" Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>&nbsp;foi categ\u00f3rico:&nbsp;<strong>o fundamental \u00e9 definir um padr\u00e3o \u00fanico de conector de recarga<\/strong>&nbsp;que permita viajar de um pa\u00eds para outro sem problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No Chile, ap\u00f3s uma fase inicial com m\u00faltiplos padr\u00f5es (Chademo, GBT),&nbsp;<strong>consolidou-se o CCS (padr\u00e3o europeu)<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 o que tem facilitado a compra de diferentes marcas de caminh\u00f5es e a revenda de ve\u00edculos usados.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cComo regi\u00e3o, precisamos entrar em acordo sobre um \u00fanico tipo de conector.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gustavo Hunter<\/strong>&nbsp;concordou e acrescentou que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio&nbsp;<strong>harmonizar as normas de pesos e dimens\u00f5es para caminh\u00f5es de longa dist\u00e2ncia<\/strong>, al\u00e9m de compartilhar experi\u00eancias sobre incentivos fiscais como os adotados pela&nbsp;<strong>Col\u00f4mbia<\/strong>&nbsp;(tarifa zero, isen\u00e7\u00e3o de ICMS para ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos).&nbsp;<strong>\u201cOs governos est\u00e3o olhando para essas experi\u00eancias para impulsionar mais vendas.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hunter<\/strong>&nbsp;destacou que a Am\u00e9rica Latina j\u00e1 est\u00e1 gerando integra\u00e7\u00e3o no&nbsp;<strong>desenvolvimento de software para gest\u00e3o de frotas e recarga<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 uma \u00e1rea em que empresas chilenas experientes est\u00e3o replicando suas solu\u00e7\u00f5es em outros pa\u00edses.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cO hardware n\u00e3o \u00e9 fabricado aqui, mas o software sim, e esse suporte \u00e9 essencial para o
