Durante os testes de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o realizados pelo Centro de Tecnologia e Pesquisa Automotiva da China (CATARC)<\/strong> , a nova bateria Aegis Gold Brick<\/strong> registrou um pico de carga de 1.093 kW<\/strong> \u2013 uma conquista que coloca a tecnologia chinesa na vanguarda mundial da velocidade de recarga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esse avan\u00e7o chega num momento em que os fabricantes disputam n\u00e3o apenas para aumentar a autonomia, mas tamb\u00e9m para reduzir drasticamente o tempo que o carro passa na tomada<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A bateria Aegis Gold Brick<\/strong>, com qu\u00edmica de l\u00edtio-ferro-fosfato (LFP) e c\u00e9lulas curtas do tipo short-blade, foi criada sob medida para o sed\u00e3 Lynk & Co 10<\/strong>, um modelo h\u00edbrido plug-in que j\u00e1 chegou ao mercado chin\u00eas com pre\u00e7o inicial de 169.900 yuan (cerca de US$ 23.700<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sistema de Refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o Que Mant\u00e9m a Temperatura Sob Controle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Administrar mais de um megawatt de pot\u00eancia de carga representa um desafio t\u00e9rmico monumental. Na China, a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o exige que a temperatura das baterias n\u00e3o ultrapasse os 65 \u00b0C<\/strong> durante a recarga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos testes oficiais, a bateria da Geely <\/strong>atingiu 64 \u00b0C<\/strong>, ficando bem abaixo do limite regulat\u00f3rio mesmo no pico de pot\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esse controle t\u00e9rmico \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ado gra\u00e7as a um sistema de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edquida 3D de dupla face<\/strong> que envolve os grupos de c\u00e9lulas com refrigerante. Segundo a empresa, esse design dobra a superf\u00edcie de troca de calor<\/strong> e corta pela metade<\/strong> a dist\u00e2ncia que o calor precisa percorrer para se dissipar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O software de gerenciamento tamb\u00e9m verifica os dados de temperatura v\u00e1rias vezes por segundo e ajusta o fluxo de refrigerante para evitar pontos quentes \u2013 um controle de precis\u00e3o<\/strong> que protege a qu\u00edmica interna contra a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cidos e a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o prematura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desempenho de Recarga Recorde<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Os resultados dos testes certificados s\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1rios. A Aegis Gold Brick<\/strong> carregou de 10% a 70% em apenas 4 minutos e 22 segundos<\/strong>, superando com folga a meta inicial de 9 minutos que a empresa havia estabelecido para o Lynk & Co 10<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Num teste completo, a bateria foi de 10% a 97% em 8 minutos e 42 segundos<\/strong>. No pico, o sistema adiciona cerca de 2 quil\u00f4metros de autonomia por segundo<\/strong> conectado \u00e0 tomada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essa velocidade de recarga reduz drasticamente o tempo de inatividade, sem precisar de sistemas de troca de bateria ou redes de carregamento externas de alta capacidade. Al\u00e9m disso, a Geely<\/strong> n\u00e3o apostou apenas na velocidade, mas tamb\u00e9m na longevidade<\/strong>. A empresa garante que a bateria foi projetada para aguentar 4.500 ciclos completos de carga<\/strong>, o que equivale a uma vida \u00fatil de aproximadamente 1 milh\u00e3o de quil\u00f4metros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esse avan\u00e7o faz parte da acirrada disputa entre as montadoras chinesas para liderar a recarga ultrarr\u00e1pida.
