In the future, the company expects to replicate this model of facilities in the rest of the countries where it has operations, such as Mexico, Panama, Jamaica, Uruguay, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Spain and Aruba.

“This is what charging looks like in the future, Evergo Connect is the company’s vision for public charging of electric vehicles, it is our proposal to take electromobility to a new level of sustainability in Mexico and all of Latin America,” said Daniel Abraham López Paez, Chief Commercial Officer of Evergo in Mexico.

Features

Evergo Connect stands out for being a fully equipped space to serve up to 29 vehicles simultaneously through ultra-fast chargers capable of charging an electric vehicle in less than 20 minutes, depending on its battery and capacity.

The chargers are also capable of operating for cargo and passenger transportation.

The press release points out that Evergo’s proposal is to provide spaces designed with the comfort of users in mind, offering free Wi-Fi access, rest areas, coworking spaces, gastronomy, a children’s area, electric vehicle rental service and an electric vehicle showroom.

In the context of the Dominican Republic, thanks to the alliance with its sister company CEPM and its location in the concession area of this energy company, Evergo operates its concept of electric charging stations under the slogan “Charge your vehicle with the sun“, since one of the most outstanding features of Evergo Connect is that both its chargers and its facilities are powered by 100% renewable energy from photovoltaic generation.

In the words of the President and CEO of InterEnergy Group, Evergo‘s parent company, Rolando González Bunster, they are proud as a company to have a project of these characteristics, driven by cutting-edge technology, with a focus on sustainability and a vision of intelligent development that offers an innovative and sustainable alternative for charging electric vehicles.

“Our purpose is to be able to extend this pilot project in the short term to other parts of the country and the region,” he concluded.
