Mexican company TRAXIÓN has confirmed its continued inclusion in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026, consolidating its position as one of the companies with the best performance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria worldwide.
This recognition reflects its evaluation in the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2025, a methodology developed by S&P Global that measures an organization’s ability to manage sustainability risks and capitalize on opportunities compared to international peers.

Continuous Improvement in Sustainability
TRAXIÓN’s inclusion in this yearbook is supported by a significant improvement in its score, as in the 2025 edition it increased its rating by 8 points compared to the previous year.
This progress allowed the company to rank within the top 4% of its industry globally, as well as to position itself as the highest-rated Mexican company in its sector and one of only two national companies in the industry to receive this recognition.
The S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook annually brings together the top ESG-performing companies, and TRAXIÓN’s inclusion in the 2026 edition confirms its presence for a second consecutive cycle, following the evaluation of its corporate practices during 2025.

Competitive Selection Process
For the 2026 edition, S&P Global analyzed a total of 8,551 companies worldwide, of which only around 800 organizations were selected, spanning 59 different industries.
To be included in the yearbook, companies must rank within the top 15% of their sector and have a CSA score within 30% of the industry leader, making this distinction a highly demanding indicator of sustainable performance.
“Remaining in the yearbook requires constant effort, as evaluation standards increase their level of rigor each year and force us to improve the quality of our information and management,” said Wasserteil, TRAXIÓN’s Sustainability Director.
TRAXIÓN: Key Player in Mobility and Logistics
The recognition of TRAXIÓN is especially relevant in a context where financial markets increasingly prioritize responsible investment and ESG criteria.
The presence of Mexican companies in international indices such as the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook builds greater trust among investors and clients, particularly in sectors like transportation and logistics, where sustainability has become a key factor in supply chains.
“We see sustainability as an inseparable component of operations. This result motivates us to strengthen our commitment to the planet, people, and governance, to remain at the forefront in a sector crucial for the economy,” concluded Wasserteil.
TRAXIÓN’s presence in this global ranking reinforces its corporate strategy focused on sustainability, integrating practices ranging from energy efficiency to responsible human capital management and business ethics.
In a global context where ESG standards continue to rise, such recognitions not only validate current company performance but also set the benchmark for future competitiveness in increasingly demanding markets.
