The Mexican Association for the Promotion of Electric Vehicles (AMIVE) and the Mexican Carbon Platform (MEXICO2) are organizing the meeting “Mexico EV Day: Financing for Electric Mobility in Mexico”.
The initiative aims to bring together key players from the government, financial sector, companies and civil society to discuss the experiences and financial recommendations necessary for the development of electric mobility projects.
According to Cluster Industrial, the event will take place on September 9 at the Mexican Stock Exchange Auditorium, beginning at 9:00 am and concluding with a networking cocktail at 5:00 pm.

This meeting will strengthen the link with the financial sector to continue building a robust electric mobility ecosystem in Mexico and develop its enabling mechanisms.
More than 15 high-level panelists, experts in the electric mobility sector, will analyze financial aspects and business models of projects such as public transportation, commercial fleets, captive fleets, leasing, among others.
There will also be a space for dialogue with actors from the financial sector on their perspectives, perceived risks and expected trends in financing instruments for the transition to the decarbonization of transportation.
Latam Mobility in Mexico
As part of the efforts to promote sustainable mobility in Mexico and the region, Latam Mobility, the mobility initiative of the Invest in Latam network, will hold a meeting in Mexico City.
On October 15 and 16, “Latam Mobility: Mexico 2024” will be held at the World Trade Center in Mexico City, where leaders and representatives from the public sector will gather to present perspectives on sustainable mobility, electromobility and sustainability.
