Latam Mobility, a leading initiative for sustainable mobility in Latin America, will co-organize the Future Society Forum of Global Mobility Call, the largest international platform for exhibitors and speakers from the mobility sector in Spain.
Global Mobility Call, a project organized by IFEMA Madrid and Smobhub, offers participants comprehensive networking spaces, branding and forums carefully designed to bring together key players in the industries involved in the development of sustainable mobility and its impact on different sectors in the region.
On June 14, the agenda dedicated to Latin America will begin with outstanding presentations by Latin American ambassadors, secretaries and senior representatives of companies with global reach.
Net Zero Cities, green hydrogen opportunities for Latin America, electric mobility and charging infrastructure will be some of the topics to be addressed during the day.
Rebeca Gonzalez, Latam Mobility Co-Founder, said: “From Invest in Latam and its Latam Mobility initiative, we seek to ensure the greatest possible boost to the sustainable transformation of Latin America, and therefore, we have always opted for synergies with local, regional and international entities. It is an honor for us to represent Latin America and the Caribbean at this important international meeting.”
“Europe is a benchmark for promoting energy transition and sustainable mobility, and it is no coincidence that many of our partners come from the continent. The opportunity that sustainable mobility offers to improve the quality of life in Latin America is huge and therefore, we believe that it is essential, from our role as a leading community in the region, to promote cooperation with other continent leaders in the field,” emphasized Gonzalez.
For his part, the Global Mobility Call Director, David Moneo, said: “We want to be the bridge between Europe and Latin America. GMC will have an important Latin American representation with institutions, organizations, multilateral bodies, mayors and other agents involved. With all this, we create an ecosystem of connection that will accelerate this process of mobility transformation”.
The Future Society Forum is one of the five thematic axes of the Global Mobility Call, which will take place between June 14 and 16, completed by New Urban Planning; Economic Development & Regulation; Sustainable Transportation; Tech, Data & Innovation.
