Latam Mobility to Support Colombian Startups at the Start of the 2022 Tour

The Orquideorama of the Botanical Garden in Medellin will once again host Latam Mobility: Colombia, the largest sustainable mobility meeting in the country, organized by Latam Mobility. On June 8 and 9, the main companies in the sector and prominent government representatives will discuss the region’s transportation decarbonization agenda.

The meeting will be supported by the innovation and business center of Medellin, Ruta N, which in partnership with Latam Mobility, will promote sustainable investment opportunities and networking between participating startups and global companies, associations and the public.

One of the startups that will be part of the Summit is Bike Partner, known for its sustainable mobility plans, shared systems and bicycle commercialization, as well as various activities to promote the use of this type of vehicles.

Data-driven fleet management is a market gaining momentum. Not only due to the economic and operational benefits for companies, but also because it represents a key factor to favor the environment. Sonar Telematics is precisely an emerging project that offers a variety of services in this area and will be present at the Botanical Garden of Medellin.

Vector Energy, a company dedicated to transforming old combustion vehicles into 100% electric and emission-free cars, will also be part of the meeting.

Finally, with last mile logistics solutions that include delivery optimization, sale and rental of electric bicycles and electric tricycles, among other services, the startup Lola will also be present at the Summit with its catalog of conversions.

Latam Mobility: Colombia will also be a space for high-level networking among all participants, with discussion panels made up of representatives from the public and private sectors, and will have dozens of exhibition stands available for the community.

Colombia’s Minister of Transportation, Ángela Orozco, and the general managers of Transmilenio and Metro Medellín, Álvaro Rengifo and Tomás Elejalde, will be among the panelists.
