Through an agreement with Banco Santander and Shell Recharge, BYD arrives in Spain to offer its technological range of electric vehicles. The Chinese brand operates in 23 countries and has its main office in Amsterdam.
In addition, the manufacturer is present in the markets of Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. In 2023 it opened its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Spain, which will soon be joined by other countries.

Key Cities
BYD opened dealerships in Madrid and Barcelona, and is planning to open dealerships in Seville, Malaga, Valencia, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Majadahonda, and El Vallés throughout this year.
The Asian brand also reached an agreement for distribution and maintenance with 3 of the largest distribution chains: ASTARA, Caetano Retail, and Quadis.
