SynergEV Presents Its 360° Solution for Unlimited Charging Infrastructure in Mexico and Latin America

Within the framework of “Latam Mobility North America 2026,” held in the municipality of San Pedro Garza García in Monterrey, Mexico, the company SynergEV delivered a keynote titled “360° Solution: Unlimited Charging Infrastructure.”

The presentation, led by Patricia Baires, Business Development Manager Latam, and María Cabezas, Country Manager & Business Developer EV at SynergEV, outlined the company’s vision and capabilities to accelerate the transition to electric mobility in the region. They offered a comprehensive ecosystem spanning from hardware and software to after-sales service and artificial intelligence.

With over a decade of experience and more than 1,800 public charging stations deployed in the United States, SynergEV arrives in Mexico with the mission of becoming a strategic ally for businesses, fleets, and end users. The company’s value proposition focuses on eliminating the complexities associated with adopting electromobility, providing total support at every stage of the process.

The All-in-One for Electromobility

Patricia Baires kicked off the presentation by contextualizing SynergEV‘s trajectory and its arrival in Latin America. “We have come to Mexico precisely to offer our 360° solutions so that this entire transition we are going to have from traditional combustion mobility to zero-emission mobility is as profitable, as easy, and as productive as possible for you,” Baires stated, underscoring the company’s focus on simplifying technological adoption.

María Cabezas complemented this idea by explaining that the “360-degree” concept means the client doesn’t have to worry about solving any aspect of the process. “We take care of everything,” she emphasized.

The company, with over 10 years of experience in the U.S. market, has perfected its business model based on a deep understanding of customer needs, which they now apply to their expansion in Mexico and Latin America.

The goal is clear: to offer a turnkey solution that allows companies and organizations to make the leap to electric mobility without a hitch.

Technology Adapted to a Diverse Market

One of the central points of the presentation was the adaptation of technology to the Latin American reality. SynergEV doesn’t just import top-tier hardware; it “tropicalizes” it, aligning it with local regulations and the region’s specific needs.

The company has a portfolio that covers solutions for the residential, commercial, and fleet sectors, including high-power chargers ranging from 30 kW to 360 kW.

The diversity of origins of electric vehicles arriving in Mexico (Asian, European, American) poses a significant challenge: the multiplicity of connectors and communication protocols. In response, SynergEV offers chargers designed to be compatible with mixed fleets.

“Our chargers are designed precisely to meet each of these needs. It’s not just about changing a connector; it’s about understanding that the technology of this charger has to communicate in conjunction with the vehicle’s technology,” Cabezas explained.

Among the highlighted products was a dual-cable AC charger that allows combining two types of technology in a single unit, reaching up to 19 kW per outlet with single-phase connection—an ideal solution for maximizing the use of available energy and minimizing costs in markets where the electrical infrastructure has limitations.

Also mentioned was the partnership with manufacturers like Zerova, which provides energy storage technology, a critical component for managing supply in a region where the power grid isn’t always prepared for the additional demand.

Software as the Heart of the Business

Beyond hardware, SynergEV places special emphasis on developing its own software. “All of this—if we have high-tech hardware with a two or five-year warranty that works perfectly—is useless if we don’t have the statistical data that helps create the best conditions for the development and transition of electric mobility,” noted María Cabezas.

The company has integrated artificial intelligence into its platform to offer immediate solutions, resolving up to 99% of incidents remotely and operating 24/7. The software allows clients to monitor the status of their charging stations in real-time, but it goes further: it enables the monetization of the infrastructure. The idea, they explained, is for electromobility not to be seen as an expense, but as an investment with returns.

Through time-of-use rates, reservation systems, and data analysis, charging point operators can generate revenue. “If a charging station is going to deliver 20 kW to you, but we don’t know on which day, at what time, or something as common now as being able to monetize our charging stations, how profitable can we make this transition? The idea is to have a return on investment as soon as possible,” Cabezas added.

The flexibility of the software, being an in-house development, allows it to be adapted to each client’s specific needs, also “tropicalizing” the digital experience.

Commitment to After-Sales Service and Local Production

One of the key messages of the keynote was SynergEV‘s commitment to after-sales service and customer support. Aware that one of the biggest fears for those adopting electromobility is being left without support once the installation is done, the company announced concrete plans to strengthen its presence in Mexico.

“It’s important for you to know that we are about to set up our plant in Mexico. Between June and July we should have it, because it’s one of the most important parts that all users require: ‘I already have the infrastructure, I already have everything I need, and who is going to provide solutions for me?'” noted Patricia Baires.

This plant will not only ensure faster delivery of equipment but will also consolidate a local technical support network to address any eventuality, from failures caused by voltage drops to communication issues between the vehicle and the charger. User safety is the fundamental pillar of SynergEV’s operation, and all development, both hardware and software, is designed to guarantee a complete and reliable process.

A Future Without Limits

SynergEV‘s keynote concluded with a message of optimism and determination. “The ecosystem is growing, it gets bigger every day, we’re getting to know each other, and I believe that making Mexico a viable solution for electric mobility is the best solution we can have to help the environment,” Cabezas expressed.

Patricia Baires closed with a direct invitation to the sector: “Let’s not be afraid, we have to move forward. We are here, ready to grow in Mexico and Latin America.”

SynergEV‘s presentation at “Latam Mobility North America 2026” made it clear that charging infrastructure is much more than installing equipment: it’s a complex ecosystem that requires integrated solutions, adapted technology, data intelligence, and constant support.

With its 360° approach, the company positions itself as a catalyst for Mexico and the region to make the definitive leap toward sustainable, efficient, and profitable mobility.
