ALD Automotive Successfully Completes the Acquisition of LeasePlan

Through the “Move 2025” plan, ALD Automotive seeks to further establish itself as one of the key players in sustainable mobility on a global scale. The program builds on the transformation it initiated 5 years ago to take advantage of the growth opportunities they see in the medium and long term future.

The company has adopted a four-dimensional sustainability approach to support its corporate social responsibility strategy and ensure that its business activities have a positive impact on society.

As part of its ambitious roadmap, ALD has taken a key step in the area of corporate vehicle operations. The company successfully completed the full acquisition of LeasePlan, one of the leaders in fleet management and corporate mobility, by the TDR Capital consortium.

For both companies, this transformational acquisition represents a step change that positions the combined group as a global benchmark in sustainable mobility, with a total fleet of 3.3 million vehicles under management worldwide.
